Supreme Court signals shared liability of civic bodies and feeders in stray dog attack cases
Newsday Network,The Supreme Court on Tuesday signalled that responsibility for injuries or deaths caused by stray dog attacks could be fixed on both civic authorities and dog feeders. Hearing a suo motu matter on the stray dog issue, the bench observed that those concerned about strays should take them home rather than letting them “loiter around, bite and scare” the public
