In the Asia Cup 2025 ‘Super Four’ match against Pakistan, Team India once again registered a dominating six-wicket victory at the Dubai International Stadium. While chasing a target of 172 runs, Abhishek Sharma played a fiery knock of 74 runs off just 39 deliveries, including six boundaries and five sixes.
Fellow opening batsman Shubman Gill narrowly missed his well-deserved half-century by just three runs. Facing 28 balls, the right-hander scored 47 runs, laced with eight boundaries.
