FIR has been filed against TMC MP Mahua Moitra .Over derogatory remarks about Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji . Misuse of Freedom of speech and expression is not acceptable.
It is a vital right, but like all freedoms, it comes with responsibilities and limits.
Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra made the alleged remarks on Thursday in West Bengal’s Nadia district while speaking to the press on the sidelines of an event. Moitra accused the Union government of failing to secure India’s borders and “passing the buck” on infiltration issues.
